Jalapeño Popper Spread
Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
- 1/4 cup canned jalapeño peppers, diced and drained
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- Sweet red, orange and yellow bell pepper chunks
- Corn chips or crackers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the first five ingredients until blended; spread in an ungreased 9 inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Serve with bell pepper chunks and chips or spread on your favorite crackers.
