Lemon Jell-O Cracker Spread/Veggie Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (3 ounce) box lemon Jell-O (dry)
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Heat soup.
  2. Blend cream cheese in until smooth.
  3. When creamy, add the dry Jell-O, onion, pepper and pecans.
  4. Chill until set.
  5. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
