Lemon Jell-O Cracker Spread/Veggie Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3 ounce) box lemon Jell-O (dry)
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Heat soup.
- Blend cream cheese in until smooth.
- When creamy, add the dry Jell-O, onion, pepper and pecans.
- Chill until set.
- Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
