Pepperoncini Cheese Spread
Yield: 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) container soft cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (12 ounce) jar pepperoncini, drained, stemmed, seeded and chopped
- 1 plum tomato, diced
Instructions
- Stir together cheeses and garlic powder in medium bowl until well blended.
- Add pepperoncini and tomatoes; mix well.
- Chill for at least 3 hours.
- If desired, garnish with chopped chives.
- Serve with crackers.
