Pepperoncini Cheese Spread

Yield: 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) container soft cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar pepperoncini, drained, stemmed, seeded and chopped
  • 1 plum tomato, diced

Instructions

  1. Stir together cheeses and garlic powder in medium bowl until well blended.
  2. Add pepperoncini and tomatoes; mix well.
  3. Chill for at least 3 hours.
  4. If desired, garnish with chopped chives.
  5. Serve with crackers.
