Seattle Seafood Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, mashed
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crab meat, flaked
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tiny shrimp, drained, and chopped
  • 1/4 onion, very finely chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, very finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
  • Several dashes Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and boiled eggs in mixer bowl. Beat until fairly smooth.
  2. Add crabmeat, shrimp, onion, celery, Creole seasoning and Tabasco. Mix well.
  3. Serve with crackers.

Notes

This can also be used as a dip or to make good sandwiches.
