Seattle Seafood Spread
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, mashed
- 1 (8 ounce) can crab meat, flaked
- 1 (8 ounce) can tiny shrimp, drained, and chopped
- 1/4 onion, very finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, very finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
- Several dashes Tabasco sauce
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and boiled eggs in mixer bowl. Beat until fairly smooth.
- Add crabmeat, shrimp, onion, celery, Creole seasoning and Tabasco. Mix well.
- Serve with crackers.
Notes
This can also be used as a dip or to make good sandwiches.
