Strawberry Cheese Loaf

Ingredients

• 4 cups medium sharp cheese
• 1/2 cup thick cream
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• Red pepper, to taste
• 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
• Strawberry preserves

Instructions

1. Grate and cream the cheese.
2. Add cream, mayonnaise and pepper. Mix well.
3. Add chopped pecans.
4. Mold with hands into any shape desired and refrigerate.
5. When ready to serve, pour strawberry preserves over the cheese loaf.
6. Serve with buttery cracker rounds.
