Tuna Pate

Yield: 4 cups

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 2 (7 ounce) cans white tuna, drained, flaked

Instructions

  1. Blend first 5 ingredients.
  2. Add tuna and mix well.
  3. Pack firmly in a 4 cup serving bowl lined with plastic wrap.
  4. Chill for 4 hours.
  5. Unmold and serve with crackers.
  6. Decorate with parsley.
