Vermont Cranberry Spread

Yield: about 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Craisins Sweetened Dried Cranberries
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until smooth, using an electric mixer.
  2. Refrigerate overnight to set.
  3. Serve with assorted crackers.
