Vermont Cranberry Spread
Yield: about 3 cups
Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Craisins Sweetened Dried Cranberries
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until smooth, using an electric mixer.
- Refrigerate overnight to set.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
