Beef, peas and potatoes
Chicken, carrots and rice
Beef, squash and macaroni
Liver, green beans and potatoes
- 1/2 cup ground or cubed cooked meat (chicken, turkey, beef, or pork)
- 1/4 cup cooked vegetable pieces (peas, carrots, squash, green beans, corn)
- 1/4 cup cooked rice, potato or enriched pasta
- 1/4 cup milk or formula
- Combine and blend or mash all ingredients until few lumps remain.
