Beef, peas and potatoes
Chicken, carrots and rice
Beef, squash and macaroni
Liver, green beans and potatoes


  • 1/2 cup ground or cubed cooked meat (chicken, turkey, beef, or pork)
  • 1/4 cup cooked vegetable pieces (peas, carrots, squash, green beans, corn)
  • 1/4 cup cooked rice, potato or enriched pasta
  • 1/4 cup milk or formula


  1. Combine and blend or mash all ingredients until few lumps remain.
