Organic Pears


For infants under six months.


  • 3 organic pears


  1. Peel, core, and de-seed pears. Cut into chunks. Steam pears for 10 to 12 minutes. A pan with a steamer insert works well.
  2. Let pears cool until comfortable to touch.
  3. Place steamed pears in a blender or food processor and puree. To get the desired consistency, add water. Use the water left from steaming.
  4. Fill sterilized ice cube trays with pear puree.
  5. Cover and freeze.

Note: Vary the amount for each cube based on appetite (or age) of infant.
