For 10 months and older.
- 1 to 2 ounces browned (cooked) ground turkey meat
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup enriched, white uncooked rice
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced or grated
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1 small dab butter
- Heat water and butter in small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add rice, turkey, peas and carrots to hot water. Reduce heat and simmer,
covered, for 20 minutes.
- Stir and let rest for 5 minutes, covered.
- Cool before serving.
