Vegetable Puree


  • 1 potato, 1 parsnip, 1 carrot or 1 turnip
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons formula, breast milk or water

  1. Peel vegetable and dice.
  2. Steam for about 10 minutes or until the vegetable is soft.
  3. Press through a sieve and mix with liquid.

You can use a blender or food processor to puree the vegetables.
