This is a potent after dinner drink.
- 2 ounces Benedictine
- 19 ounces creme de cocoa
- 16 ounces rum
- 24 ounces brandy
- 48 ounces whipping cream
- Prepare one day ahead.
- Mix all ingredients and store in the refrigerator.
- Pack glasses with ice and put into freezer.
- Shake drink mix and serve in the iced glasses.
Yield: 27 servings
Half-and-half may be substituted for the whipping cream in part or totally.
