Blue Blazer

Ingredients

• 2 jiggers whiskey
• 2 jiggers boiling water
• Granulated sugar
• Twist of lemon peel

Instructions

1. Use two metal mugs. Into one, pour 2 jiggers whiskey, into the other 2 jiggers boiling water.
2. Ignite the whiskey, and while blazing, mix the two by pouring from one mug to the other five or six times.
3. Sweeten with sugar and serve with a twist of lemon peel.
