Chi Chi



  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1/2 ounce silver rum
  • 3/4 ounce coconut cream
  • 2 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
  • Fresh pineapple spear
  • Maraschino cherry


  1. Blend ice with rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice. Pour into a hurricane or tall glass without straining. Add additional ice to fill glass. Garnish with a spear of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
  2. Serve with a jumbo straw.
