- 2 jiggers brown creme de cacao
- 1 jigger brandy
- 1/2 pint vanilla ice cream, softened and cut into pieces
- 1 cup crushed ice or 4 whole ice cubes
- Put all ingredients into a blender container. Cover and process on high
until the ice is frappeed.
- Serve in cocktail glasses.
Yield: 6 (3 ounce) drinks
