Ingredients

  • 2 jiggers brown creme de cacao
  • 1 jigger brandy
  • 1/2 pint vanilla ice cream, softened and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup crushed ice or 4 whole ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender container. Cover and process on high until the ice is frappeed.
  2. Serve in cocktail glasses.

Yield: 6 (3 ounce) drinks
