- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup grape juice
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 jiggers vodka
- 1 egg white, unbeaten
- 1 cup crushed ice or 4 whole ice cubes
- Put juices and sugar into a blender container. Cover and process on low
speed until sugar is liquefied.
- Add egg white, vodka and ice. Cover and process on high only until the ice
- Pour into cocktail glasses.
Yield: 6 (3 ounce) cocktails
