Key Lime Pie
- 1/2 cup crushed Graham cracker crumbs
- 12 ounces (1 1/2 cups) vodka
- Dash of vanilla extract
- 12 ounces (1 1/2 cups) light rum
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 3/4 cup Coco Lopez cream of coconut
- Chill margarita glasses.
- Combine liquid ingredients in a pitcher with ice to blend; chill.
- Moisten the rims of chilled glasses with a sliced lime, then press the glasses
into a saucer of Graham cracker crumbs to coat.
- Strain chilled Key Lime Pie into rimmed glasses.
Yield: 8 drinks
