Key Lime Pie


  • 1/2 cup crushed Graham cracker crumbs
  • 12 ounces (1 1/2 cups) vodka
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • 12 ounces (1 1/2 cups) light rum
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 3/4 cup Coco Lopez cream of coconut


  1. Chill margarita glasses.
  2. Combine liquid ingredients in a pitcher with ice to blend; chill.
  3. Moisten the rims of chilled glasses with a sliced lime, then press the glasses into a saucer of Graham cracker crumbs to coat.
  4. Strain chilled Key Lime Pie into rimmed glasses.

Yield: 8 drinks
