  • Lemon slice
  • Sugar
  • Hot strong black coffee
  • Brandy
  • Kahlua
  • Whipping cream, whipped


  1. Using stemmed glasses, circle rims with lemon and dip moistened edge in sugar.
  2. Fill glasses 1/3 full of coffee.
  3. Add to each 1 jigger brandy and 1 jigger Kahlua. Flame.
  4. Top with whipped cream.
  5. Serve immediately.
