Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon grenadine
  • 4 sticks fresh pineapple
  • 3 tablespoons shaved ice
  • 1 jigger fine rum

Instructions

  1. Muddle the grenadine and pineapple, then add rum and ice.
  2. Place in a blender and blend thoroughly.
  3. Strain into a saucer-shape champagne glass.
