- Using the back of a wooden spoon, muddle 2 tablespoons roughly chopped mint
leaves in the bottom of a 10-ounce cocktail glass.
- Add 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice and 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar and
stir until dissolved.
- Add 1 1/2 ounces white rum. Fill glass with crushed ice and add club soda.
- Garnish with fresh sugar cane, cut into 1/2-inch thick sticks.
