Pina Colada

Yield: 4 (8 ounce) drinks

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup coconut cream
• 1/2 cup white or amber rum
• 1 cup fresh ripe pineapple
• 4 cups ice cubes

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.
2. Garnish each glass with a slice of pineapple.
