Queen of the Islands
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup sweet white wine
- 1 cup crushed ice or 4 whole ice cubes
- Combine juices and sugar in a blender container. Cover and process on low until
sugar is liquefied.
- Add egg white, wine and ice. Cover and process on high only until ice is liquefied.
- Pour into cocktail glasses.
Yield: 8 (3 ounce) cocktails
