Rose Petal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint raspberry sherbet
  • 1 jigger brandy
  • 1 jigger white creme de cacao
  • 12 cup crushed ice or 2 whole ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender container. Cover and process on high until smooth.
  2. Serve in cocktail glasses.

Yield: 4 (3 ounce) drinks
