Rum Collins

Ingredients

• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar
• 1 jigger rum
• Seltzer water

Instructions

1. Put lemon juice, confectioners' sugar and rum into a tall glass.
2. Add ice, then fill with seltzer water. Stir well and top with a lemon slice.
