Sidecar

Yield: 2 (3 ounce) drinks

Ingredients

• 2/3 brandy
• 1/3 Cointreau
• 1 dash lime juice

Instructions

1. Mix and serve.
2. Or, if desired, put into a blender container with 1 cup crushed ice or 4 whole ice cubes. Cover and process on high a few seconds.
3. Strain into cocktail glasses.
