- 1 1/2 ounces light rum
- 1 tablespoon Coco Lopez
- 1 tablespoon strawberry syrup
- Pineapple juice
- Using a 12 ounce shaker for measuring, put 1 1/2 shakers of ice into a blender.
- Add rum, Coco Lopez, strawberry syrup and a splash of pineapple juice. Blend on
low until ice is crushed, then blend on high until smooth.
- Pour contents into a Collins or decorative glass.
