Strawberry Coladas



  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (500 ml)
  • 2/3 cup light rum (175 ml)
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut (125 ml)
  • 1 cup crushed ice (250 ml)


  1. Place strawberries, rum and cream of coconut in blender; cover and process on high speed until pureed.
  2. Add ice; cover and blend until smooth.

Makes 4 servings.
