Iced Irish Creme Coffee
Ice cream makes this Iced Irish Creme Coffee especially rich and delicious.
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
- 10 cups fresh strong brewed Irish creme coffee
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Pour brewed coffee into large heatproof pitcher. Cover; refrigerate until chilled (about 2 hours).
- To serve, scoop 1/2 cup ice cream into each 16 ounce glass. Pour chilled coffee over ice cream.
