Praline Coffee
Yield: about 20 (6 ounce) servings
Ingredients
- 2 quarts brewed coffee
- 3 (12 ounce) cans evaporated skim milk
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons maple flavoring
Instructions
- In a Dutch oven, combine coffee, milk and sugar. Stirring occasionally, cook over medium-high heat until mixture begins to boil.
- Remove from heat. Stir in ice cream, vodka, vanilla extract and maple flavoring.
- Serve hot.
