Praline Coffee

Yield: about 20 (6 ounce) servings

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts brewed coffee
  • 3 (12 ounce) cans evaporated skim milk
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons maple flavoring

Instructions

  1. In a Dutch oven, combine coffee, milk and sugar. Stirring occasionally, cook over medium-high heat until mixture begins to boil.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in ice cream, vodka, vanilla extract and maple flavoring.
  3. Serve hot.
