Soy Spice Chai Latte


  • 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 cups organic, light soy milk
  • 4 teaspoons honey, or to taste


  1. Combine cinnamon and ginger with soy milk in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Boil for 5 minutes, remove from flame, and drain into teacups.
  3. Sweeten and serve.
