Soy Spice Chai Latte
- 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 cups organic, light soy milk
- 4 teaspoons honey, or to taste
- Combine cinnamon and ginger with soy milk in a medium saucepan and bring
to a boil.
- Boil for 5 minutes, remove from flame, and drain into teacups.
- Sweeten and serve.
