Viennese Coffee
Viennese Coffee is a favorite recipe of the California Brandy Advisory Board.
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 jigger California brandy
- 1 cup hot coffee
- Granulated sugar (optional)
- Whipped cream
- Semisweet chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Add brandy to coffee. Sweeten to taste.
- Top with a float of whipped cream, and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
