Viennese Coffee



  • 1 jigger California brandy
  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • Sugar (optional)
  • Whipped cream
  • Semisweet chocolate shavings


  1. Add brandy to coffee. Sweeten to taste.
  2. Top with a float of whipped cream, and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

Serves 1.
