Frozen Peach Daiquiris



  • 2 1/2 ounces dark rum
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed or bottled lime juice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 9 Peach Cubes
  • 3/4 cup crushed ice

  • 4 fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  1. Daiquiris: Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Pour into stemmed glasses. Garnish with peach and lime slices.
  2. Peach Cubes: Combine peaches and lemon juice in blender; puree. Pour into ice cube trays; freeze.

Makes three 6-ounce drinks; 18 peach cubes

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute pineapple juice for rum and decrease sugar to 2 tablespoons.

If using very small peaches, use 8 to produce the correct amount of puree.
