Passion Fruit Daiquiri




  1. In a blender, combine the rum, lime juice and sugar.
  2. Add pulp from the passion fruit (seeds and all). Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain out seeds. Return puree to blender.
  4. Add ice a little at a time until the mixture becomes thick and slushy.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with the lime slices.
