Peach Daiquiris



  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peaches
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup rum


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender container; process until smooth.
  2. Spoon into a freezer container, and freeze.
  3. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes or until slushy before serving.

Makes 1 quart.
