- 1/2 large fresh pineapple
- 1 (6 ounce) can pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup light rum
- 1/2 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Remove pineapple from shell; core and cut fruit into chunks. Freeze until
- Mix half of pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, rum and limeade in blender.
Whir at high speed until blended.
- Add remaining pineapple and ice. Blend until frothy.
Makes 1 quart.
