Yield: 4 servings
- 3 canned cling peach halves
- Canned cling peach syrup
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Chill peaches and milk thoroughly.
- Mash peaches and press through sieve.
- Add syrup to make 1 cup.
- Whip eggs; beat in sugar, milk, flavoring, salt and peaches.
- Pour into chilled glasses, top with dash of nutmeg and serve at once.
