Peach Nog

Ingredients

  • 3 canned cling peach halves
  • Canned cling peach syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Chill peaches and milk thoroughly.
  2. Mash peaches and press through sieve.
  3. Add syrup to make 1 cup.
  4. Whip eggs; beat in sugar, milk, flavoring, salt and peaches.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses, top with dash of nutmeg and serve at once.

Serves 4.
