Apricot Liqueur
Yield: 3 cups
Ingredients
- 1 liter (33.8 ounces) vodka
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 (8 ounce) packages dried apricots
Instructions
- In large jar combine all ingredients. Cover and let stand for 6 weeks, stirring every 2 weeks.
- Remove apricots.
- Strain liqueur several times through double thickness of cheesecloth.
- Pour into decanter or bottle. Cap tightly.
