Apricot Liqueur

Yield: 3 cups

Ingredients

• 1 liter (33.8 ounces) vodka
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 (8 ounce) packages dried apricots

Instructions

1. In large jar combine all ingredients. Cover and let stand for 6 weeks, stirring every 2 weeks.
2. Remove apricots.
3. Strain liqueur several times through double thickness of cheesecloth.
4. Pour into decanter or bottle. Cap tightly.
