Coffee Liqueur

Ingredients

• 2 cups water
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 2 ounces instant coffee
• 2 vanilla beans, chopped
• 1 bottle (4/5 quart) vodka

Instructions

1. Bring water and sugar to boil. Cool.
2. Add coffee, chopped vanilla beans and vodka. Pour into glass bottles. Seal.
3. Store for about 3 weeks.
4. Strain.
