Creme de Menthe



  • 1 1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon green food color
  • 1 1/2 cups vodka
  • 2 cups granulated sugar


  1. Make syrup of 2 cups sugar and 2/3 cup water. Bring to a boil and let cool.
  2. Add above ingredients and mix well. There is no waiting to use.

If you prefer white Creme de Menthe, omit the food color.
