- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons orange extract
- 2 tablespoons glycerin
- 3 cups Brandy (24 ounces)
- Place sugar and water in saucepan. Bring just to a boil. Remove from heat
and add honey, extract, glycerinate and brandy.
- Place in blender and blend for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Age for at least 2 to 3 days. The longer it ages, the better it is!
