Mango Margarita



  • 2 slices fresh mango
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau
  • 1 ounce tequila
  • Ice
  • Coarse salt (to coat rim of glass)


  1. Combine the fresh mango, lime juice and syrup in a cocktail mixing glass and muddle well.
  2. Add the Cointreau and tequila and shake well with ice.
  3. Strain into a chilled, salted cocktail glass.

Yield: 1 serving
