- 2 slices fresh mango
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
- 1 ounce tequila
- Coarse salt (to coat rim of glass)
- Combine the fresh mango, lime juice and syrup in a cocktail mixing glass and muddle well.
- Add the Cointreau and tequila and shake well with ice.
- Strain into a chilled, salted cocktail glass.
