Frothy Apricot Drink



  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can apricot halves, undrained
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
  • 1 pint lemon sherbet


  1. Place apricot halves with juice, milk and orange juice concentrate in a blender. Cover and process until smooth.
  2. Add sherbet; cover and process just until combined.
  3. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.

Yield: 4 cups
