Pineapple-Grapefruit Delight


This is delicious served over ice for a summer cooler.


  • 2 1/2 cups canned pineapple-grapefruit juice
  • 2 whole cardamom
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 1 (3-inch) piece cinnamon


  1. Pour juice into a saucepan; add spices. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove spices, then chill juice. For a stronger spice taste, chill juice before removing spices.
  3. Serve in small glasses before any meal, or serve over ice.
