Refreshing Mango Whip

If you like Pineapple Whip, you are really going to love Mango Whip.


  • 3 cups mango chunks, frozen
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons C&H® Granulated Sugar
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • Granulated Sugar
  • C&H® Granulated Sugar


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Mix until smooth.
  2. Remove blender from base and using a spatula, scrape sides, bringing all of the ingredients back into the blender base. Continue blending until all of the ingredients are smooth and there are no mango chunks.
  3. Spoon mixture into a large plastic zip-top bag. Set the bag standing up in a large glass or bowl. Place in the freezer for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Remove from freezer and snip a large opening about 1 inch in size from the corner of the bag. Pipe the mango whip into a glass.
  5. Garnish with a few mango chunks on a small skewer.
