Peach Brandy-Champagne Punch
- 16 ounces canned peaches, drained (juice reserved)
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1 cup peach brandy
- 2 liters lemon-lime soda
- 2 (750 ml) bottles champagne
- Chill all ingredients.
- Place peaches and strawberries in ice cube trays,
fill with water and freeze.
- Just before serving, combine reserved peach juice, brandy, soda and champagne
in a large punch bowl. Add fruit. Stir and enjoy.
