Peach Brandy-Champagne Punch


  • 16 ounces canned peaches, drained (juice reserved)
  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 1 cup peach brandy
  • 2 liters lemon-lime soda
  • 2 (750 ml) bottles champagne


  1. Chill all ingredients.
  2. Place peaches and strawberries in ice cube trays, fill with water and freeze.
  3. Just before serving, combine reserved peach juice, brandy, soda and champagne in a large punch bowl. Add fruit. Stir and enjoy.
