Pumpkin Punch

Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tall can evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pure pumpkin
  • 14 ounces ginger ale, chilled

Instructions

  1. Blend first 5 ingredients; chill.
  2. Add ginger ale just before serving.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings
