- 1/2 to 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 (16 ounce) can pure pumpkin
- 14 ounces ginger ale, chilled
- Blend first 5 ingredients; chill.
- Add ginger ale just before serving.
