Haagen-Dazs Lemon Chiffon Shake
- 1 pint (2 cups) Haagen-Dazs Vanilla ice cream, slightly softened*
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 3 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate
- In blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover; blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Yield: 4 (3/4 cup) servings
* To soften ice cream, put container in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes
or until easy to scoop.
