Apple Pie Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 8 ounces nonfat milk
  • 2 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate
  • Dash ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 whole green apple, seeded and cut into pieces


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. You can add ice while blending if desired.

Yield: 1 (12 ounce) serving
