Banana-Peach Buttermilk Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 cup fat-free buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
  2. Serve immediately.

Yield: 4 cups

Nutrition facts per 1-cup serving: 221 calories (4 percent of calories from fat), 1.1 g fat, 3.7 g protein, 52.6 g carbohydrates, 3.3 g fiber, 3.8 mg cholesterol and 76 mg sodium
