Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth
and frothy.
- Garnish with whipped cream and chopped peanuts or a banana slice.
